I appreciated the excellent location. It made exploring the city easy. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist with directions. the room included a mini bar with water, which i found very useful after long walks.
Sadly, the room was a little small. the ventilation in the bathroom wasn't great. It felt humid after showers. the breakfast area tended to get crowded during peak hours.

fantastic location and comfy stay!

the location was super central (i really liked that). the staff was helpful, and i had a very comfortable bed. i enjoyed the quiet atmosphere in my room despite being in a lively area. towels were big and fluffy, a definite plus!
the taxi from the airport dropped me on the main road. i had to drag my luggage and find the place (not the best start). next time, i'll arrange for a door-to-door service myself.

the room had two large pillows for each person. the room also had an iron with an ironing board. the provided water was a nice touch and included in the room rate. a fridge allowed for cooling of drinks and other products.

the hotel sits in a pedestrian zone (i noticed many people walk in this zone). the location is close to different metro lines. being in a vibrant area provides access to many attractions. the hotel sits right in the heart of the best area.

the breakfast featured freshly squeezed orange juice (the best part!). the breakfast had an extensive range of options. there are several cafes nearby that offer other breakfast alternatives. i found breakfast options just as good at nearby places for reasonable prices.

the hotel provides taxis to the door for departure (this was helpful). the hotel includes a quiet pool area. the bath was big, and the shower pressure was strong. a grocery store sits just around the corner, convenient.

The hotel had a good location on a pedestrian street. It got busy during the day with shoppers though it quieted down at night. the building was pretty, and it featured high ceilings. the room felt comfortable.
The front desk staff was rude to us after we told them someone tried to rob us one block from the hotel at 3pm, that was not nice. they basically said 'what do you expect'. an appropriate response would have been 'i'm so sorry, is there anything we can do'. the hotel should let all the guests know when they check in not to wear any kind of watch. That would be useful.

the location felt very central. i easily accessed many shops and restaurants. breakfast was a plus. it had many options for all tastes. the staff seemed helpful with directions.
My room felt a little crowded with an extra bed. this made it uncomfortable. seating was not really possible. the basin in the bathroom had a crack. the tap water did not drain well. It collected in the basin.
